Shipping Policy

Delivery Address
To ensure your order is delivered correctly and within the expected timeframe, it is essential that the shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including street number, apartment/unit, floor, and any additional delivery details.
We are not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries caused by incomplete address information or when the carrier is instructed to leave the package unattended.

Processing Time
All orders require processing time separate from shipping time.
The average order preparation time is 0 to 1 business day (Monday through Saturday).

Shipping Time
The average delivery timeframe is 1 to 3 business days starting from the moment the package is handed over to the courier service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge.

Delivery Confirmation
If tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer must contact us within 30 days to open a claim.
The investigation process with the courier may take up to 30 days.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for orders marked as delivered according to the carrier’s official tracking information.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an order contains multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, the available items will be shipped. For unavailable items, customers will be offered either a replacement product or a refund using the original payment method.
Orders may be delivered in multiple separate packages.
