All products sold on our website are covered by our “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back” policy.


Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date they receive their package to return one or more items, at their own expense and risk, without the need to provide a reason.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will automatically extend to the next business day.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will require exceptional authorization. If approved, a refund will still be processed.

Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.


Missing or Incomplete Orders

If any item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the package and original packaging in order to process the appropriate refund or replacement.


Order Refunds

Once a return is approved, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned item(s).
After the 30-day period, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Customs Duties and Fees

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees paid are non-refundable.
If a package is refused due to customs charges, once it is returned to our warehouse, the refund will cover only the products received, excluding shipping costs.


Opened or Used Products

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in resellable condition are not eligible for refunds.


Legal Right of Withdrawal (Article 102 and following, Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007)

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from distance contracts within 30 days, without providing justification and without incurring additional charges beyond those established by law.

The withdrawal period begins:

  • From the contract date for service agreements

  • From the date the goods are received for purchase contracts

  • For orders with multiple shipments, from the date the last item is delivered


Return Procedure

Customers must access the “Contact Us” section on the website or submit a return request through the available contact channels.

The request must include:

  • Order number

  • Order date

  • Product(s) to be returned

  • Quantity

  • Reason for return

Once the return is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent via email.
Items must be properly packaged, the return label attached, and the package dropped off at the designated postal location.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date the returned product is received or from the date valid proof of return shipment is provided by the customer.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed without additional cost to the customer.
